- Take the initiative to improve the codebase proactively. Propose and set better engineering solutions for the team.
- Actively participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards
- Collaborate with mobile and backend engineers, designers, data scientists, and product managers to architect and implement features
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to peers.
- Design and write in RxJava and/or Kotlin.
- Brainstorm innovative ideas, identify problems, propose and implement solutions geared towards scale and performance
- Be responsible and responsive during on- call duty. Able to debug and troubleshoot production issues.

- Experience owning an end- to- end feature

- 3+ years of professional Android development experience
- Highly accountable and takes ownership of one’s work.
- Possess excellent communication, sharp analytical abilities with proven design skills, and the ability to think critically of the current system in terms of growth and stability
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Solid computer science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
- Deep understanding of the CI/CD implementation
- Experience running large- scale applications and a global understanding of systems internals and tools like crash analytics, remote debugging, and continuous integration.
