URGENT - Business Development Manager (Chemical, Sealant, Adhesive) - HCM

- Build and maintain strong, trusted and resourceful relationships withmanufacturers, projects’stake holders and distributors.
- Ensure customized and successful solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Initiate and strengthen market awareness of company brands and products at designated applications and areas.
- Develop new business from existing customers and new applications from existing markets.
- Keep track and report on market intelligence, industry trends and competitors’ activities.
- Manage and optimize visits and calls to develop business opportunities and to achieve target according to sales strategies and operating objectives.

Decent working experience (5 to 8 years) of Sales or Technical Sales in B2B and/ or project-based business.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Civil), Business Administration, Economy or relevant fields.
Responsible, pro-active, results-oriented mindset and willing to travel
Fair English level in speaking and reading.
Good communication and presentation skills in local language.
Exposure to industrial manufacturing (i.e. automotive, furniture …) or construction-based business (i.e. Door & Window, M&E, interior finish …) or chemicals business (i.e. sealant, adhesive, paint, additive)
