Urgent - Customer Service Executive (Food Testing Service)

Do invoice request and send to Account Dept to issue invoice
Prepare test/ inspection reports to customers and manager as well as perform other related administration work
Maintain and upkeep laboratory/ inspector records and documentations
Take over the sales package (quote/contract signed, contract review) from salesperson
Interface/ Co- ordinate with customers, sales and technician to provide the services meets customer’s needs
Follow LMS program
Liaise with customers/ technician on sample submission, Classify the samples + application form, confirm test parameters, prepare the necessary documents and pass to lab technician for testing
Report all activities to Manager
Manage and arrange the schedule for inspector/ technician implementation
Follow the samples status from subcontract, invoicing & payment to subcontract
Monitor and track the progress of the jobs by following up the technician/ inspector for samples and test/ inspection result
Handle the payment status of the customers
Other duties relevant to this level assigned by manager
Interface with customer job status and handle enquiries

Be able to start working immediately
English communication with B level or equivalent
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with experience in back- office operations
Result and service- orientated individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills
A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures; knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standards is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, food technology or a related field
