[Urgent] Guest Relation Officer | Korean Native

Our client is a famous Casino company in Vietnam. They&039;re seeking a Guest Relation Officer who will do:
- Introduce guests to the club&039;s services and promotions.
- Monitor the camera to capture the situation of guests in the lobby and staff during the shift to ensure the club operates efficiently. Remind employees when they see them making mistakes that affect customers.
- Contact, observe and take care of customers during the time guests play at the Club.
- Acting as the link between Vietnamese staff and Korean guests, supporting Korean translation for staff when problems/problems occur due to customers not knowing English.
- Receive information, inquiries... from customers. Quickly communicate customer opinions and complaints to relevant departments to solve problems and make appropriate adjustments.
- Greet guests on arrival and see them off.

- Native Korean
- Havie hospitality job experience is an advantage
- Under 30s, Open for fresh
- Able to communicate in English OR Japanese
