[Urgent] Industrial Engineer

Define supporting function process (Material flow and Shipping) to support HW validation and layout, space, installation.
Calculate product capacity and ensure the capability to meet the demand.
Coach and control job of IE technicians
Design ergonomic work station and line standardization.
Sustain & improve main KPIs: Productivity improvement, UPD, LBE, Ergonomic score.
Define production processes.
Productivity improvements, E2E process optimization: capacity/ HC /Ergonomic and improve quality.
HC logic, capacity and efficiency validation for supporting function.
Responsible for assembly line design/configuration and line layout for end-to-end production, including number of people and hardware.
Find ways to reduce waste and improve performance, maximize efficiency.
MIS and Packaging documentation to define and describe the final assembly and packing process and solution.
Define production allowance and procedures.
Hand time and capacity calculation.
Continue productivity and efficiency improvement to optimize capacity/ HC /Ergonomic and improve quality.

Ability to engage a cross-functional team towards a desired outcome.

Understanding about LEAN manufacturing
Drawing/ layout in 2D/3D AutoCad, Inventor…
Ability to understand, apply and implement concepts and lean tools for improvement
Demonstrate potential to design, analyze and implement industrial engineering techniques.
Minimum of 3 years relating to industrial engineering experience. Fresh graduate candidate with major in industrial engineering, good English communication and excellent in 2D/3D drawing can be accepted for junior engineer level.
