[Urgent] IT RecruiterUrgent job

HCL Technologies is looking for 2 IT Recruiter (1 in Hanoi and 1 in HCM City) who has 2-5 years of relevant experience as below requirement:
- Conduct HR screening and filter candidates for open positions
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media and other various channels.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to hiring leaders and stakeholders
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Understand the requirement from delivery managers and plan the hiring accordingly.

- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based etc.)
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Preferred to have someone with IT / ICT hiring background
- Should be able to speak good English.
