[URGENT JOB] SENIOR BILLING REPRESENTATIVE- 25Mil/Night Shift
Working hours: 22:30 – 07:30
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor, check, and evaluate the quality of work and expertise of payment staff, ensuring adherence to procedures and job standards, and driving team members to meet KPIs regularly.
Check and provide feedback on payment reports from partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Support employees in interacting between relevant departments regarding tasks and procedures.
Organize and coordinate regular meetings to report work progress to management.
Guide, train, and support new employees to catch up with work progress and quickly integrate into the team environment.
Monitor, detect, and promptly address departmental issues affecting service quality, providing guidance and advice to employees on handling special cases.
Handle internal team issues under management&039;s purview, implement company policies and regulations to ensure consistency and task completion.
Review and reconcile internal payment reports, taking timely corrective actions to ensure the accuracy of client cash flows.
Lead and manage the Billing team, ensuring optimal and accurate resolution of customer requests.
Perform other duties as required by management.
Handle cases of unsuccessful bank payments, search for and propose effective solutions to resolve the situation.
Manage the payment error reporting system and propose appropriate solutions to efficiently resolve issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in English communication, with an IELTS score of 6.5 or above or equivalent certifications/qualifications (mandatory requirement).
Minimum 3 years of experience in Payment Specialist/Transaction Specialist or related positions: Payment/Cash Flow Processing and at least 1 year of experience in managing a team of 7 to 10 people.
Proficient in time management, task progress management, and tight team management in a high- pressure environment.
Age between 25 – 35 years old, in good health condition, and able to work night shifts.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in fields such as Finance, Banking, Accounting, International Business, Commerce, etc.
Meticulous, careful, ability to calculate quickly and handle issues related to payment data, invoices, documents, etc.
Strong communication skills (both with customers and internals), flexible problem- solving abilities.
Preference will be given to candidates who:
Can start working immediately, attend interviews, and start work promptly.
Have previous experience working in banks/financial organizations and possess a solid understanding of Payment practices.
Candidates who have previously worked with US banks.
