[Urgent] [Long An] Production Supervisor - US Company

1.Organize and arrange the production work according to the production plan to ensure meet the OTD target;
2.Promote the workshop 5S , realize the standardized management of the workshop, and ensure the smooth implementation of safety production;
3.Prepare performance assessment of worker;
4.Coordinate the progress of the workshop team and confirm the accuracy of the records on the production lines;
5.Organize training and company activities for workshop staff and related personnel;
6.Preside over the regular meetings and coordinate work groups;
7.Supervise and guide the production process of workers, and solve problems in the process;
8.Make sure quality control method implementing well;
9.Timely communicate with manager and other departments to solve emergencies in the production process and complete other tasks assigned as request.

- Bachelor in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 3 years of production management experience in Electronic equipment products.
- People management experience is a must
- Good team player with a positive approach;
- Good English communication skill is preferable.
- Familiar with 5S, knowledge of lean production tools is preferred.
