[Urgent] Procurement Senior Staff

- Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open line of communications.
- Working with team members and Procurement leader to complete duties as needed.
- Working with SAP system to issue PO as well as other step of procurement
- Research and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other important data into internal system.
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
- Ensure that the products/service and supplies are high quality and delivery on time.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

- 2+ years experience in purchasing role
- Fluency in 4 skills of listening, speaking, writing and reading English are mandatory
- Understanding of supply chain procedures.
- Basic in Logistics, business Administration or relevant field.
- Good Knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
- Negotiation skills
