Urgent- Product Development & Merchandiser - English - Binh Dinh

Working with IE team on SMV and Product Simplification for bulk production.;
Working time: 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM, Mon ~ Friday and 2 Sats/month.
Responsible for merchandise strategy, vendor relationships and execution of new product development for the assigned products;
Responsible for managing the product, Costing Analysis to make sure the profit margins are maintained;
Working place: Binh Dinh Province.
Evaluating team& production performance and ensuring the executions are as per Customer requirements.;
Working with Sampling/ Technical / Production Team to resolve bulk technical challenges during PD stage;
Production Planning and WIP monitoring;
Other tasks: Capacity Planning and order bookings, Order re-conciliation & cost reviews;

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs/ERP system
Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines
Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process
Ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
Occasional travel may be required.
Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
Diploma or Degree in related field.
Proficient in English (written & spoken)
Minimum 10 years&039; relevant experience in the same position in the foreign manufacturing company.
