URGENT - Product Manager or Superviosr (Consumer Electronics, Air Conditioner, Home Appliance)

Manage the brand’s regional inventory program against volume, financial and strategic objectives; streamline and optimize to achieve target inventory turns and days’ supply.
Develop, implement and track strategic consumer and sales incentive programs through thoughtful data analysis and collaboration with key stakeholders. These programs should serve to stimulate sales and/or address specific market or retail conditions. Must manage these programs against an overall and per unit budget.
Monitor product pricing and profitability performance within the competitive landscape.
Support HOD in Product and Price bench marking, local product planning.
Co-operate with other teams to execute promotions and implement channel strategy to drive sales target.
Control, monitor, report PSI (Purchase-Sell-Inventory) of company / customer. Work with Sales team to collect sales forecast. Work closely with factory / supplier to provide stock on time adapt sales forecast.
Assist in P/L analysis and control.
