[Urgent] Project Leader (Japanese N3+)

Management:

Motivating and developing the team
Negotiation with customers
Provides supervision to the team of developers in Application/ Web Development
Other assignments from Manager
Manages the project to ensure that it is completed within stipulated timeline while ensuring that work done meets the necessary requirements and quality.
Project estimations, Project Management (Schedule, Bugs and Quality management)
Focus is on mentoring, coaching, coordination as well as providing technical leadership.

Technical:

Leads teams in the planning, designing and development of software applications or specialized utility programs /network and/ or hardware environment that will enhance the organization&039;s/clients’ ability to achieve strategic goals and targets.
Provide technical guide, proper instruction to low level members.
Develop business continuity plan and framework

From 2 years of working experience in project management as a BrSE or Project Leader, Team Leader
Experience in the estimation, and implementation of complex project
Familiar with software development life cycle such as Waterfall, Agile methodology
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a relevant major
Software Development knowledge or Hands- on experience in technologies such as Java, .Net, Python, etc.
Good knowledge or Hands- on experience in SQL/non- SQL databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Experience in making specifications such as design and test specifications
Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
Good at Japanese (JLPT N3+)
