•Conduct market research to identify potential selling opportunities and evaluate customer requirements
•Have extensive business relationships in the construction field with the Architect Companies, Consultant companies, Main contractors, having relationships with the owner is an advantage.
•Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
•Set up meetings with potential clients and be open-minded to their inquiries and procedures
•Prepare quotation, biding document and others clerical documents .
•Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
•Negotiate/close deals, prices and contract terms with the clients.
•Collaborate with team members to achieve unified results.
