[Urgent] Sr Backend Developer (NodeJS, PHP, Golang)

Build high- quality reusable code and libraries for future use as needed.
Write and maintain related documents for the optimization of the project
Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems.
Handle the code- reviewing for team members or peer reviewing
Optimize web applications (APIs) for performance and scalability.
Lead the team members
Supervise members’ tasks to make sure it is complied with the definition of Done
Lead and train the junior team members, address any technical issues that occur, and communicate and follow up with the team to drive the resolution
Perform any other duties as assigned

Strong experience with microservice architecture and API development
Good Team Leadership Skills
Ability to work independently.
Extensive experience with both relational and non- relational database systems.
DevOps is a plus
A team player who collaborates well across team boundaries to get things done, willing to wear multiple hats when needed, and always prioritizes the product&039;s best interests.
5+ years of proven experience in designing, building, scaling, and managing high- performing APIs.
Highly experienced in optimizing code, architecture, and other technical aspects.
Proficiency in NodeJS (and/or PHP, Go, a plus)
Good communication in English
Strong experience with scaling and optimizing platforms.
React/Vue/Angular JS experience is a plus
Strong experience with implementing security
