US Accountant & Tax (Fresher or Up to 3 Years Experience)

JH INT is well- known accounting service firm providing professional services to individuals and businesses in the United States. As expanding its business in Vietnam, we are seeking full- time Accountant who is reliable, well- organized and detail- oriented individual can multitask in team environment.
In this position, You will use the US accounting/tax and accounting tools(including softwares and web- based systems) from basic to advanced tasks in stages as well as working directly with professionals including US CPAs in English daily. This would be perfect fit for who has passion to learn and try new things in international and professional working environment.
* Responsibilities
- Payroll & Payroll tax
- Bank reconciliations & Payroll reconciliations
- Handle confidential information in all forms ensuring secure
- Maintain electronic records ensuring well- organized and easily accessible
- Other duties assigned as getting more experienced
- Organize, analyze, review, modify and verify the correctness & accuracy of information
- Communicate with and respond to clients in timely manner
- Report job status regularly and occasionally
- Journal Entry

* Qualification
- Excellent Microsoft excel skill
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in US or Australian accounting practice and accounting softwares as QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, CFS, Xero, MYOB and etc. is an advantage
- University/College degree with relevant majors
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision
- Ability to learn rapidly, absorb, and follow a wide range of business rules and workflows
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
- Must be dependable, responsible and prepared to work scheduled hours
- Able to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- University/College Fresher or up to 3 years of working experience in an international accounting services firm.
* Fresh graduate or soon to be graduated who can work full- time are most welcome(Graduate certificate is not required when applying)
