Us Dual Program Teaching Assistant

Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Admissions
Work with Academic Manager to arrange teacher for classes
Manage Teaching Assistants team (If any)
Demonstrate respect to and cooperation with the teacher inside and outside of the classroom
Deliver and retrieve books to/from Receptionists
Tutor students upon request
Respond to any inquiries/ concerns from parents
Conduct the care calls (If any)
Prepare timesheets of Teaching Assistants (If any)
Supervise students of US Dual program to support them, make sure they achieve their academic goals.
Make progress report for students
Help with school events, trips and activities
Attend all classroom sessions as assigned
Coordinate with teachers to follow up on students studying

Fluent in English (IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+ will be an advantage)
Outgoing personality and self- motivated
Available for shift working
Problem solving abilities
Passion and interest in Teaching & Education
Graduated College/University
