[US Market] Middle/Senior Python Developer (Airflow)

Responsibility
We are looking for a Middle/Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in Airflow to join our team. This role requires excellent problem- solving ability, interpersonal skills, and fluent English communication.You will start by working US night shift hours to collaborate with our global team, with the potential for a more flexible schedule depending on your capability and adaptation.

Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal system downtime.
Design and implement scalable solutions that align with current business needs.
Document processes, provide knowledge sharing, and support team members.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing Python/Airflow- based workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement ongoing tasks and ensure stable operations.

Proven problem- solving ability in complex systems.
Willingness to work night shifts initially, with flexibility to adapt working hours later.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) – mandatory.
3+ years of experience in Python development.
Strong expertise with Airflow (DAGs design, scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting).
Experience working in Peak- time data workflows or high- load environments.

Nice to have

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL).
Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
