User Acquisition & Community Specialist

ABOUT US
We are a tech company of 50 people, operating in a squad model (small, agile teams running like startups within the company). Each squad owns the end- to- end product lifecycle – from product development, user acquisition, monetization, to community growth.

YOUR ROLE
As a User Acquisition & Community Specialist, you will:
Insights & Growth: analyze performance data and provide insights to PM/PO for growth and product improvement.
Creative testing: work with designers to test ad creatives.
User Acquisition: manage and optimize ad campaigns across multiple channels (Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads…).
Social & Community: manage social media channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Reddit…) and support user community (Discord/Telegram/Forum).

Write and manage social media content (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Reddit…).
Set up, manage, and optimize UA campaigns (ASA, Google, Mintegral…).
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Build and engage online communities (Discord, Telegram, forums).
Track and report on CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention metrics.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support PR campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.

Hands- on experience with at least one UA channel: Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
1–3 years of experience in User Acquisition / Digital Marketing / Social Media (preferably in mobile apps)
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience managing social media accounts or online communities.
Strong writing ability (English or Vietnamese).
Strong analytical skills; data- driven and experiment- oriented mindset.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Firebase, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Adjust/AppsFlyer.
Experience building communities for developer tools or mobile apps.
Knowledge of app monetization models (subscription, freemium, IAP).
