User Acquisition (UA) Specialist (Upto 5.000usd)

Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Monitor and optimize UA campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
Test and iterate ad creatives, signal segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.
Develop and execute data- driven UA strategies across multiple paid media channels, including Facebook/Google Ads/Tiktok Ads/Applovin/Mintegral/IronSource or other ad networks.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in the ecosystem, so we can stay ahead of the curve.

More than 1 year of experience in performance marketing, focus on user acquisition objective in Facebook, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Applovin, Mintegral, IronSource, or other ad network for eCommerce/App, Games
Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights from data to optimize campaigns and deliver business outcomes.
Experience in the e- commerce industry or gaming industry is a plus.
A bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
