The Utility Engineer is responsible for supervising all activities related to the maintenance, repair, overhaul, trouble-shooting, installation and Operation of Utility equipment such air HVAC, electrical, compressor air & Building Management System (BMS).
And the scopes of Utility Engineer include but not limited to:
*Plans and schedules preventive maintenance works for utilities equipmentw. Co-ordinates with Maintenance team and project team in term of major maintenance.
* Verify the performance of all new and modified utilities systems, including water system
* Supervise and maintain systems to ensure consistent performance over the encouraged range
* Handle all documents in this area such as check list, parameters supervising record, maintenance historical data, drawing of all utility systems.
* Calculate and monitor all utilities operation cost for improvement, monitor of equipment operation efficiency.
* Implement the Calibration standard effectively to comply all expectations: Implement and maintain a calibration management system, calibrate all appropriate instruments and devices as scheduled, communication status of all instruments and devices.
* Trains utilities technician operational and mechanical diagnosis, routine repairs and safety systems.
* Liaise closely with the company Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) coordinator, and GMP program to implement all as required.
* Be responsible for the related EHS program in My Phuoc Plant.
