Mantu is an international group with our own internal ERP system that helps our organization run day-to day activities smoothly. As a Mid-Level UX designer at Mantu, you will have to ensure that the applications under your scope provide the best value to our users and our business. You will be part of the UX Department and collaborate closely with our Product Owners to build and improve our ERP applications.
Your responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):
Work closely with our Product Owners and Engineers in trying to make sense of the different problems faced by different groups of users
Acquire a good understanding of how the applications under your scope work and how the relevant departments are impacted
Research, understand, design and prototype new experiences for our employees and collaborators
Contribute to the general strategy of applications under your scope
Ensure that applications under your scope are aligned with the long-term goals and strategy of the UX Department
Produce realistic proposals on how to improve our IT product
Contribute to the maintenance, adoption, and growth of our internal Design Style Guide

Good understanding of design and tech lingo
Ability to clearly communicate and defend design decisions, ideas, and proposals to different teams and clients
2-4 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, UX Research or relevant experience building digital products
Fluency in English, another foreign language such as French would be a plus
Experience with wireframing and prototyping software (Adobe XD, Axure RP, Figma, Sketch, Proto.io, Invision, UXPin or similar ones)
Ability to distill complex problems into simple solutions
Experience working with Design Systems
Bachelor&039;s degree in Art/ Design, Computer Science from an accredited college or university; or equivalent education/ experience in the design, computer science and other relevant fields preferred
