UX Researcher - Intern

We are looking for UX Research Intern to join our product team. Joining us, you will be involved in building products to enable an excellent experience.
What you will do:
The UX Research Intern will assist all research activities (recruitment, data entry, note- taking, technical setup) to ensure that project work is delivered on time and meets our demands for high quality.
Recruitment (40%)
- Schedule appointments with participants (Around 40 calls/project/week)
- Work with the data team to collect contacts of potential participants.
Research design (30%)
- Support research team in developing hypotheses, task scripts for prototypes and framing questions
- Contribute to analyzing research data and writing reports alongside the team.
Tech setup & Data entry (30%)
- Organize, categorize, and clean raw research data to prepare it for analysis
- Archive and store all research- related information, including participant data, insights, and findings.
- Take detailed notes during user interviews.

· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
· Ability to commit at least 20 hours per week.
· Passionate about UX Research and ideally wants to pursue a career as a UX Researcher.
· Student majoring in Design, Product Development, E- commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
