UX/UI Designer

We’re currently growing our Product Design team to create better UX across our services and we’re searching for a UX/UI Design to help in that pursuit. You will be responsible for designing one of the most important experiences for all MoMo users, helping them navigate and discover new value every day conveniently.

Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver end- to- end products;
Actively contributes to the roadmap and product strategy.
Actively seeking user insights and validating the hypothesis;
Build and communicate user- centered design solutions that bring impact to business with stakeholders through wireframes, mock- ups, and prototypes;
Work closely with POs, DAs, and Researchers to analyze data and user insights to inform design decisions;

5+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designers;
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite;
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel- perfect designs;
Experience with conducting user research, desk research, usability testing;
Have knowledge in user- centered design principles and methodologies;
Have open mindset to get feedbacks from stakeholders and understand their business objectives.
Consistently focus on driving outcomes, not just outputs;
Ability to create detailed wireframes, user flows, and high- fidelity prototypes;
