UX/UI Designer

What you need to do:
By partnering with cross- functional teams including product management, engineering, quality control & related business stakeholders, you will turn your insights into effective product design solutions.
More responsibilities in details:

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
Interface with the Development Team to communicate the way a product should act.
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
Understanding the value of product guidelines, design system – using, creating, and evolving them.
Advising departments about design and user considerations in their products.
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
Review development build versions to ensure they align with the Product Goals and Style
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
Diving deep to understand the value within the products, understanding the challenges our customers face and solving the issues in smart ways.
Get feedback from team members and organize pre- release testing.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, user flows and diagrams.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience in campaign materials design is a plus
Portfolio or design projects that reflects a similar level of qualification
Solid conceptual, visualization and communication skills
Good time- management skills
Knowledge of branding & graphic is a plus
Up- to- date knowledge of design softwares like Figma, Figjam, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Protopie, etc,...
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent work experience. College/ Bachelor’s degree in Mobile Design/Web Design, Fine Art or Multimedia Design is a plus
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript is a plus
Passionate in UI/UX innovation
Good multitask skills, open- minded, willing to learn
Have 2++ years experience in Mobile app (Android, iOS) & responsive website design
