documentation to communicate with stakeholders and development team for recommendations;
Take briefs from Product manager/owner and translate creatively into presentations, user flows, user journeys, site maps, screen flows, taxonomies, wireframe specifications and other
Research market and benchmark, design standard for ideas, and improvement opportunities.
Be responsible for translating business requirements and user demand into innovative design solutions, creating valuable, usable, engageable user experience design specifications;
Brand positioning the whole product, creating and maintaining product design guidelines and building store, export assets process for implementation;
Support QA to make sure features are implemented as expected and report design issues with QA and developers;
Develop creatively new design concepts, ideas, layouts, and demo;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Over 3 years of working experience in UI/UX Design in both Web, Mobile Web and Mobile App;
A degree or certificate in a visual design-related field.
Ability to deal with tight deadlines and changes;
High proficiency in mainstream UX/UI designer tools (Figma, Sketch, Photoshop…);

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Product Managers or Owners and Software Development Team;
Team player attitude and with a proactive work ethic.
Creative, self-learned and organized mindset;
Experience in Web3 Company (or understanding of its practices and trends);
Experience in Agile process;
