Ux/ Ui Designer

• Understanding the challenges our Customers face and solving the issues in smart ways.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, user flows and diagrams.
• Advising departments about Design and User considerations in their products.
• Communicate product requirements and user flows to Development Team.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Review development build versions to ensure they align with the Product Goals and Styles.
• Create and maintain a design system that work across multiple product.
• Diving deep to understand the value within the products and surfacing that in beautiful UI.
• Get feedback from team members and organize pre- release testing.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
• Interface with the Development Team to communicate the way a product should act.
• Understanding the value of Product Guidelines, Design System – using, creating, and evolving them.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

• Knowledge of branding & graphic is a plus.
• Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent work experience. College/ Bachelor’s degree in Mobile Design/Web Design, Fine Art or Multimedia Design is a plus.
• Must have a portfolio that reflects a similar level of qualification.
• Up- to- date knowledge of design softwares like Figma, Figjam, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Protopie, etc,...
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time- management skills.
• Experience in campaign materials design is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript is a plus.
• Good multitask skills, open- minded, willing to learn.
• Have 2++ years experience in Mobile app (Android, iOS) & responsive website design.
• Portfolio or design projects.
• Passionate in UI/UX innovation.
• Solid conceptual, visualization and communication skills.
