UX/ UI Designer

Research, analyse the market, customers’ behavior, competitors, and solutions for the products.
Perform other tasks when requested by superiors
Modeling use case and related flows, design wireframe (UX lowfidelity/highfidelity), user flows, và prototype (Figma, Balsamiq,..).
Coordinate with Product Manager, Product Owner, UI Designer, Data Analyst, Developer (Frontend+Backend), Tester to make sure all team members understand the requirements correctly, keep following team members during the implementation according to the product roadmap.
Collect data, analyze and identify customers&039; requirements about the product..
Implement usability testing using qualitative (survey, user interview...) and quantitative UX measurement methods, A/B testing during product development (Google Analytics, Hotjar, CrazyEgg...).

Proficient in wireframe drawing tools: Figma, Balsamiq. Be able to build UX/UI, prototype flows.
Good English skills (be able to communicate with foreign parners and work via chat, email,...)
Hava at least 0.5- 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst / UX Designer / UX/UI Designer / Product Designer.
Having knowledge and experience working in a product environment applying Scrum, Agile, Lean Startup, Design Thinking is an advantage.
Development orientation in the field of Technology Product.
