You will be responsible for designing seamless user experiences and intuitive interfaces across a variety of domains, including web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into user- centered design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design UI/UX for web and mobile applications across diverse industries.
Optimize usability and accessibility across multiple device types.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high- fidelity visuals using Figma.
Collaborate actively with planners and developers throughout the product lifecycle.
Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design decisions.

Requirements

Comfortable working in a fast- paced and iterative development environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross- functional teams.
Solid understanding of responsive web design for both desktop and mobile environments.
Professional working proficiency in English, especially for communication with international team members and clients.
Ability to design with a strong understanding of both business goals and user needs.
Proficiency in Figma and other standard design tools.
3+ years of experience in product (UI/UX) design.

Good to Haves

Experience designing products with limited or evolving requirements.
Ability to understand technical constraints and adapt design accordingly.
Prior experience at an IT agency or outsourced development team.
Strong adaptability to learn and apply new domain knowledge quickly.

Flexible working time with notice (ex. Visiting hospital, bank etc)
13th- month salary: calculated as one month&039;s actual basic salary if the employee works for 12 months of the calendar year.
