We are looking for UX strategist to join our product team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build the first marketplace in Vietnam with so much technology challenge. As a developer, you will be involved in building products to enable an excellent experience.
What you will do:
UX Writing (60%)
- Build product glossary to ensure naming alignment for KiotViet ecosystem;
- Draft and edit content for interface: Feature names, buttons, notifications, instructions...;
- Follow directions and principles of UX Writing, Branding Writing to ensure consistency for KiotViet ecosystem.
- Analyze and plan the content flows for all KiotViet services & products: Selling, Purchasing, Inventory- and Store Management;
UX Development (40%)
- Participate in building Content Guidelines and CMS for various products in KiotViet ecosystem.
- Collaborate with UI Designers and Product Owners to design and guide user behavior and experience;
- Analyze user needs and behaviors; Research competitors or best practice UX patterns;

Requirements and skills:
- Love writing and structuring language to respond to audience needs;
- Thorough understanding of user interface design, information architecture and data;
- Highly detail- oriented and analytical about what makes things better;
- Candidate with UXD/BA/PO/Developer background is a plus.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English;
- At least 1 year of related experience of creating content for Mobile App/Web App;
