Shopify Store Management
Implement Shopify themes, customize settings, and ensure mobile and desktop responsiveness.
Conduct regular site audits to identify and correct any issues impacting customer experience.
Set up, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
Inventory and Order Management
Stock management via Lightspeed POS system.
Process and fulfill orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse staff to ensure smooth shipping and delivery processes.
Track inventory levels, stock replenishment, and manage product availability.
Sales and Marketing Initiatives
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Use Shopify’s marketing tools to create and manage ad campaigns, email marketing, and SEO optimizations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, discounts, and sales campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales, conversions, and customer retention.
Use Shopify analytics and reporting tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct competitor research and market analysis to stay updated on trends and best practices.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Maintain accurate product descriptions, images, and categorizations to optimize SEO and user experience.
Ensure data privacy compliance for customer data and site usage.
Ensure all products meet legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing an e- commerce store, specifically on Shopify.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Good English written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and e- commerce analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify e- commerce platform features, plugins, and integrations.
• Detail- oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic coding for Shopify customization.
• Understanding of product photography, graphic design, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Shopify POS (Point of Sale).
• Familiarity with e- commerce marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Google Analytics).

.Salary range: 15 – 20M VND
