* Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones: Receive incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department, and taking messages.
- Scheduling: Monitor meeting room booking system, coordinate appointments and meetings, managing meeting room for executives.
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome visitors, guide guests to the meeting room
- Assisting Other Departments: Collaborate with different departments to fulfill various administrative needs.
- Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and packages.
* Administration officer
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate employee travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Admin expense tracking: Assist in tracking expenses, processing invoices for office management services and executive&039;s accommodation (hotel, air ticket, car, apartment rental, office rental, phone, internet, taxi, grab...), submitting the payment to management, and preparing expense reports.
