Vice EHS Manager

Carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans
Perform general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Environmental, Health, and Safety management
Clarify roles and responsibilities of team’s members and enable team to perform assigned jobs efficiently
Determine team KPIs, ensure reliable tracking and monitoring plan
Conduct environment and occupational health and safety audits both internal and external.
Troubleshoot technical failures
Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate environment and safety system procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in legislation and Company directives.
Evaluate PPE and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE
Oversee Hazardous Waste Storage area and ensure regulatory agency compliance i.e. labelling, containment, proper disposal, documentation, etc
Set up yearly strategic and monthly review all of the KPIs value of EHS Department
Ensure, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company EHS systems
Establish and maintain in the EHS Management system standard issue

Fully trained on applicable standards of GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc, …
Experience: At least 5- year- experience in the food manufacturing industry or related industry
Education: Bachelor degree or higher level in Environment science, Occupational Health and safety or related major
Management skill, Strong leadership and liaison skills, Self- motivated & organized
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province
Time: Mon- Fri, 8AM – 17AM, alternative Saturday
