RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect and feedback regional market and customer demand, cooperate with group related departments, assist the group to achieve sales
Assist general manager to layout capacity planning of the base, and implement capacity resource investment and capacity construction; Responsible for the arrangement of production order plan, orderly organization of production, on time and quality to complete the delivery of orders
Responsible for maintaining government relations, communicating with relevant government functional departments (fire control, quality inspection, certification and testing institutions, etc.) and integrating industry association resources
According to the concept of &quality first, quality zero tolerance&, promote the construction of production quality system and standards, and implement the whole process of product quality control; Organize and implement quality control and quality improvement activities, respond to after- sales problems, solve and analyze problems timely, and promote the quality improvement of products and parts
Assist to optimize supplier classification, access, assessment and withdrawal mechanism, improve supplier quality and guarantee production and supply by implementing supplier management mechanism, assisting supplier capacity planning, improving quality and other supporting measures
Collect and analyze regional market demand for new products, analyze sales trend of existing products and customer groups, suggest new product development and update and iteration requirements; Undertake product development in Vietnam market, control product quality and cost
REQUIREME
NTS:
Bachelor&039;s degree in business, management or renewable technology related field
5+ years&039; experience in managing and growing a German / European company , renewable energy / motor vehicle industry strongly prefered
You bring a strong expertise in the Asian region, strong understanding on regional, cultural ecnomic, and industrial trends
