- Supervise departmental managers and ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Oversee daily operations of all departments: Golf Operations, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Office, and Security.
- Ensure service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational standards meet 4–5- star golf resort expectations.
Business Performance & Cost Management
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor revenue, cost control, budgeting, and financial targets for each department.
- Work with Accounting, Purchasing, and Finance teams to optimize spending and supplier management.
- Support the GM in building business plans, pricing strategies, and promotions for golf services and events.
Guest Experience & Service
- Maintain high service standards throughout the golf course, clubhouse, and hospitality areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure readiness and cleanliness.
- Ensure consistent delivery of premium golfer experiences.
- Handle VIP guests, member requests, and service recovery when needed.
Event Coordination & Tournament Support
- Oversee planning and execution of golf tournaments, corporate outings, and private events.
- Work with relevant teams to ensure smooth event logistics, F&B support, and guest services.
- Propose ideas for improving event quality and creating signature experiences for Phoenix Golf.
Coordination with General Manager
- Prepare operational reports and analysis for the GM.
- Represent the GM in internal meetings or guest- facing duties when delegated.
- Assist with strategic planning, long- term development goals, and brand positioning of Phoenix Golf.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Solid understanding of golf operations, customer service, and F&B standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle complex operational needs.
- Minimum 5–7 years of managerial experience in golf clubs, resorts, or 4–5- star hotels.
- Strong financial literacy, reporting skills, and operational planning ability.
- Excellent communication skills; English proficiency preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
