Acquire clients and build growth momentum for Nano through employer partnerships in target sectors.
Here’s what you will do day-to-day
Communicate and report to leadership the forecast of pipeline, business impact, and on-going feedback from employer partners
Lead all aspects of deal execution from: identifying and developing accounts, meeting with partners, business case development, to negotiating contracts and closing
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Source and acquire clients
Build the sales plan: prepares forecasts and KPI reporting to BOD for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
Educate employer partners on the Nano value proposition through presentations, webinar and demos.
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
Nurture employer partners from networking, executing the opportunity and on-going for continued partner success and support
Here&039;s who we are looking for
Possess extensive knowledge of business in HCM, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An and knowledge of marketing (especially in offline)
Have background in B2B2C: Tech (HRM/ ERM, e-wallet) company, Bank, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL). Large crops are more preferred.
Have relationships with C-level in some business in Manufacturing, Textile, Electric, Shoes, Retail.
Possess some essential skills such as: Strategic mindset, good in finance, risk management, good communication with internal/ external, skill to open, negotiate, and close deals, good budget controlling.
Experienced over 5 years managing a sale team and good achievements in direct sales
Can go business other provinces usually
