Vice Quality Assurance Manager

Control of chemical, agar, glassware, Membrane filter and consumable material use in QA department
Join with production meeting on weekly and other meeting request by other department
Control the issue of NCR, CAR in QA Department
Control the use of budget and cost of QA Department operation according to the budget plan in yearly
Control and take care the measuring equipment of QA department, Production Department, Mixing room, Raw material deparment to calibrate according to plans
Checking and control the product quality and operate on GMP & HACCP system according to the standard
Control and take care 5S activities forming in Qa department according to the plan
Other responsibilities as per assignment of superior and Board of Director
Improve the testing standard procedure on water quality, semi- product, finished- product, and the requested sample by each department for chemical- physical, microbiology and sensory according to the standard, that they are cooperating with QA manager for quality inspection as the standard procedure and report the test result to who requested
Control and take care on testing quality water use for production, semi- product, finished- product, and the requested sample in chemical- physical, microbiology and sensory according to the standard report to Plant Manager, Vice general director (if any)
Control purchasing order on tool and equipment
Follow up and apply the laws on food safety, protection environment, etc,…
Provide the plan and control the smple sending to analyse with the external units (third- party) such as, water use in production, waste water, raw material, finished product
Update the testing method standard procedure, work instruction, support document in QA Department
Control and improve the KPIs value of all in QA Department within target

Management skill, trong leadership and liaison skills, sel- motivated & organized
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO and other
Experience: At least 5- year- experience in quality assurance deparment
Education: Bachelor degree or higher level – Branch: Food engineer, Food- Science, Food technology, Chemistry, Biological, General Science
Time: Mon- Fri, 8AM – 17AM, alternative Saturday
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province
