Visual Merchandise• Accurately implement all company Visual Merchandising policies.• Use the appropriate product handling techniques on different types of equipment.• Implement well- styled mannequins in line with the styling policy with respective VM.• Implement in store coordination in line with the guidance/ policy with respective VM.• Ensure décor is procured when appropriate & implement in line with décor policy & guidelines.• To ensure all visual merchandising in the sales floor and window are in good conditions, clean and tidy• Implement seasonal launches & events on time & “on brand”.• Work effectively & communicate regularly with respective VM to ensure brand consistency and Assist VM team while their visit in the store.• Be prepared to work both on your own & as part of a team. • Be able to make decisions & act on own initiative when required.Boost the store sales:• Achieve the personal sales target (based on the position)• Make sure the merchandise on floor have stock and size availability, to attract customer attention and encourage sales.

Education – Bachelor degree / Post graduate degree in any field.Can work on shift.Positive AttitudeExcellent visual standards across the store, including all Business Units and in store display. Well planned & well executed seasonal launches/events that are delivered within stores on time & to brand policy and on time.
