OVERVIEW OF POSITION
Manage internal image and video archives and ensure content production progress according to the posting plan.
The Video Content Creator will be a full- time part of Marcom team, with passionate about digital content and has strong creative skills and filming style, this role will focus on creating engaging creative- form videos across multiple platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube... according to the available content plan.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Develop creative content (images, short- form videos, reels, stories, captions) that align with the brand voice and campaign objectives
Champion creative brand tone of voice and visual identity, ensuring all content is on- brand and locally relevant.
Create and produce short videos with trend- based, entertaining, club, nightlife, or travel concepts to boost engagement and drive user action.
Manage the rollout of video assets across formats and localizations for different scale campaigns, promotions ensuring timely delivery.
Work closely with cross- functional teams across brand, growth, and creative globally to align strategy and amplify campaigns.
Maintain content calendars, ads boosting and ensure timely posting
Manage effective creative visual projects and tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Other tasks as assigned by direct manager
Own the end- to- end video content creation process: from idea generation and scripting to filming, editing, and publishing.
Develop and execute creative video concepts, align with the club’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Create thumb- stopping short- form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
Stay ahead of trends, creator culture, and media consumption habits in Vietnam, Chinese, Korean and leverage insights to craft content that resonates.
Track content performance and audience engagement, and continuously optimize storytelling approaches based on data and feedback.
Collaborate closely with internal teams for event in a fast- paced environment to deliver relevant tasks and projects.
Manage communication projects and tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Proactively explore short- form video trends and research new ideas to keep users engaged and excited
Develop creative ideas that may expand into larger brand expressions, including TVCs, OOH campaigns, or brand storytelling initiatives.
Work directly with the internal Production team to ensure higher- quality video outputs
Plan and execute social video content campaign/ activities to support projects
Produce video content creatively or collaborate with freelance production agencies to scale content output as needed.
