JOB OVERVIEW:
In the video editor role, you will arrange, assemble, and process dozens of recorded and stock video clips into a seamless whole. You will work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure alignment with project goals. It is critical that you adhere to established guidelines to effectively convey your message. Success in this role will be demonstrated by producing dynamic, entertaining, and audience- appropriate videos to expand market reach and increase viewer engagement.

Responsibilities
Adjusts formats and file sizes as needed.
Take a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications.
Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
Knowledge and skills:
· Minimum 1 year of video editing and post- production experience
· Good English skills.
· Enthusiasm for the blockchain, crypto and web3 industry events.
Strong communication skills.
Proven work experience as a Video Editor.
Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Final Cut).
Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem- solving skills.
Creative mind and storytelling skills.
Bachelor’s degree in film or related field.
