Job Description:
Product Marketing Video Production (80%):
Edit and refine videos: Based on specific requirements, edit raw footage into finished videos, ensuring that elements like color, sound, and effects are harmonized and professional.
Optimize videos: Adjust the size, format, and duration of videos to fit the specifications of each social media platform.
Track trends: Stay updated with the latest video trends on social media (such as short- form videos, vlogs, and motion graphics) to create engaging content that attracts the target audience.
Conceptualize and develop video content: Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to create video ideas that align with the content strategy across social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Collaborate with teams: Work closely with other team members to ensure that video content aligns with the company’s overall communication strategy.
Support the HR Team (20%)
Assist the HR team in creating video content to promote the company culture, work environment, and internal activities, primarily for recruitment purposes.
Requirements:
Time management skills: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring deadlines are met.
Creative thinking: Ability to develop fresh, trend- driven content that differentiates the brand.
Teamwork skills: Able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of social media: Understanding of the technical requirements, content trends, and functionality of social media platforms.
Software skills: Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, etc...Skills in graphic design software like Photoshop and Illustrator are an advantage.
Preferences:
Videography skills: Basic videography skills would be an advantage.
Marketing knowledge: Understanding of online marketing strategies and methods.
