Mô tả công việc

Video Production and Editing:
- Edit and produce video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and apps, tailored to different audiences and campaign objectives.
- Create promotional videos, product demos, tutorials, customer testimonials, and other video content that supports marketing initiatives and brand storytelling.
- Oversee the entire video production process, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring high- quality and engaging content.
Content Strategy and Planning:
- Plan and schedule video content production, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across digital channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a video content strategy that aligns with Soctrip.com&039;s overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
- Work closely with content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors to produce collaborative video projects that resonate with our target audience.
Live- streaming Video Support:
- Develop video overlays, intros, outros, and other visual elements to enhance the live- streaming experience.
- Prepare and produce live- streaming sessions, ensuring high- quality video and sound.
- Edit live- streamed content into shorter, engaging video clips for use across different platforms.
Team Management and Collaboration: Plus point
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging creativity, innovation, and the sharing of ideas.
- Lead and manage a team of video editors, videographers, and freelancers, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of video production.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of video projects.
Freelancer and External Vendor Management:
- Review and approve work from freelancers and vendors, providing feedback to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Source, hire, and manage freelance videographers, editors, and other creative professionals as needed to support video production.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of high- quality video content.
Technical Skills and Quality Control:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all video content.
- Ensure all video content is optimized for different platforms, including social media, websites, and apps, maintaining high standards of visual and audio quality.
- Utilize advanced video editing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) to produce high- quality videos.
Analytics and Performance Optimization: Plus point
- Monitor the performance of video content, using analytics tools to track views, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Analyze data to gain insights into audience preferences and optimize video content for better performance.
- Use feedback and analytics to continually improve video production processes and content effectiveness.
Creative Innovation and Trend Awareness:
- Experiment with new video formats, styles, and storytelling approaches to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Incorporate creative elements that resonate with the target audience and enhance the brand’s visual storytelling.
- Stay updated on the latest video production trends, techniques, and technologies.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects, including promotional videos, live- streaming content, and social media videos.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams and external partners.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing a team of creatives and freelancers.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of video optimization for different platforms and a strong understanding of video performance metrics.
- Excellent storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail, pacing, and visual composition.
- Experience with e- commerce platforms and creating video content for live- streaming.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing and production, preferably in the travel or e- commerce industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field.
