Video Editor (VFX/3D Experience)

About The Role:

The Video Editor plays a key role in producing high- quality, engaging visual content that supports our BU’s brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, and lead generation performance. Beyond traditional editing, this role is ideal for an editor who has hands- on skills in VFX (visual effects) or 3D editing, contributing to more immersive and dynamic content outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Transform raw footage into polished videos with the right pacing, storytelling, color correction, music, effects, subtitles, and transitions.
Work closely with the creative team, content marketing, and media leader to align videos with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Arrange file organization, storage, and version control of all video assets.
Stay updated with the latest editing trends, VFX/3D tools, and social media formats to keep content fresh and innovative.
Collaborate with videographers and external production crew to ensure post- production matches the original brief and creative vision.
Collaborate with 3D designers or independently create basic 3D assets/animations for product showcases, explainer videos, or branded content.
Integrate VFX elements (motion tracking, compositing, keying, visual effects integration) to elevate storytelling and campaign visuals.
Edit video content for various platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and internal communications.

Key Requirements:

Background in agency, entertainment, lifestyle, or education industry is a plus.
Hands- on experience with VFX techniques: compositing, rotoscoping, tracking, masking, chroma key, CGI integration.
Proven track record of working with digital/social formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads).
Familiarity with color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and animation.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or similar software).
Experience with 3D editing software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or equivalent) is a strong plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing or multimedia production.

Salary and Bonuses

Annual performance evaluation and salary adjustment.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with a 1.5- hour lunch break). Saturday mornings may be required, with the option to work remotely or at the office, depending on the workload.
Range salary: attractive salary, plus a 13th- month salary and an annual profit- sharing bonus.
Monthly attendance bonus of 300,000- 500,000 VND.
