Video Operation Supervisor

Monitor and manage team members to reach targets and deadlines set.
Monitor & manage all TikTok Social Media platforms running according to plan.
Monitor the report performance of the brand project (lens, cosmetics, household appliances, electrical devices, etc.).
Train team members to be able to run the project well & able to help the team to find solutions if problems occurred.
Help the team develop a social media strategy, especially for TikTok content.
Communicate & meet with internal team members or external clients.
Set goals for the team to increase the amount of GMV and engagement.
Arrange & help the team make planning on the content plan.

Have experience in leading a more than 10- person team.
Fluent in English or Chinese.
Bachelor&039;s degree or above.
At least 03- year experience in handling social media.
Have experience in communicating and having a meeting with external clients.
