Job Description
Oversee the end- to- end production of video content for the company’s digital communication campaigns, including TVCs, trailers, viral clips, podcasts, web series, event coverage, and livestreams. The goal is to attract audiences, amplify brand messages, and enhance visibility for entertainment products such as feature films, cinemas, game shows, and other corporate media initiatives.
Plan and manage production of TVCs, trailers, teasers, interviews, BTS, and viral videos for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
Write scripts, develop storyboards, and define visual styles tailored to each platform.
Support video production for events and livestreams (e.g., launches, fan meetings), including highlight and recap clips.
Produce long- form content (podcasts, web series, mini shows) and manage guests, formats, and logistics.
Coordinate in- house teams or external partners (agencies, freelancers) to deliver high- quality content on time and within budget.
Ensure quality control in editing, sound, and post- production; track content performance and optimize based on analytics.
Job Requirements
Creative mindset with a strong visual sense and awareness of digital content trends.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate cross- functional teams.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Communications, Film, Advertising, Media Production, or related fields.
Portfolio of previous video projects is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of professional video production tools and workflows.
3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in entertainment, television, agency, or digital media production.
Hands- on experience producing various types of digital video content (TVCs, viral clips, interviews, series, podcasts, livestreams, etc.).
