MISSION STATEMENT
Work with the Merchandise department and assist the B2B Development Senior Manager in defining assortment solutions for tap hoa, minimart, etc.
Partner with SalesForce to implement tools and strategies to approach customers and develop customer portfolio
Set up a partnership within the Marketing team and across the organization to initiate and coordinate projects required for specific promotions and marketing efforts.
Assist B2B Development Senior Manager in initiating and developing specific customer strategy and sales initiatives.
Become the expert of the respective customer group and develop a detailed understanding of customers’ needs and service requirements.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Supports B2B Development Senior Manager to initiate and develop the target group positioning process by segment through:
Understanding the business, needs, and market drivers of the core target groups
Understanding customers, competitors, and solutions (market research)
Defining the business propositions: range, price, merchandising (by segment), and marketing & communication (promotion)
Working on developing processes, tools, and solutions to support the customer by providing target- appropriate products and services
Initiate customer support & partnership program to the life cycle phase by:
Initiate, develop, and maintain a communication plan for various departments and a training program for the Sales Force to improve effectiveness and achieve individual levels of specialization.
Set up listening channels with key customers and within SalesForce and Operations organization to establish a rich source of information and knowledge serving as the base upon which further strategies like assortment & product development, pricing policy, loyalty program, customer approach, and Customer services can be developed.

PEOPLE SPECIFICATIONS
FMCG or trade / retail experience, at least 3 years of relevant working experience
A hands- on professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must be fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken)
Good knowledge and understanding of local market, commodities, FMCG
High ability to understand and implement strategies and concepts
Good expertise and intuition in marketing, customer insights
Entrepreneurial and customer- focused, ability to quickly grasp and adapt to the MMVN business and how wholesale trading works
Strong analytical ability and good in data/figures.
University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management, Marketing
Self- disciplined with the ability to work independently and under stress
