English Intern
- Translate proposals, contracts, reports, and other documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa.Chinese Intern- Translate proposals, contracts, reports, messages and other documents from Chinese into VietnameseEnglish and vice versa.o Take responsibility for the consistency and linguistic quality of all documents which are distributed externally and internally.o Check translations of proposals, contracts, reports, and other documents to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions.o Fill in simple forms and other documents as requiredo Assist with administrative tasks.o Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, ETC. as needed.o Run general industry- related errands.o Other tasks assigned by the Manager and Director.
