■Job description
- Delegate project tasks based on members&039; individual strengths, skill sets and experience
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on- time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholder
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long- term goals

Deploy/ Build：CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CircleCI, GitHub Actions
FrontEnd：Nuxt.js / Vue.js, ReactJS
Backend：Ruby (on Rails), Go ,Amazon Aurora(MySQL), Elasticsearch, DynamoDB
Others：swagger, Docker, ZenHub, Figma
Mobile App：Kotlin, Swift, Flutter
■REQUIREMENTS
Must- haves:
- Well- organized, creative and capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Japanese language skill: N2 level or more
- Empathy for company&039;s mission and values.
- Over 2 years of working experience as BrSE.
- Good logical thinking and able to work under high pressure
- Strong leadership, problem- solving as well as teamwork skills with pro- active and independent concentration
- Experience in software development at least 3 years
*Have is plus:
- Able to grasp trends and research new technologies.
■Salary: ~3000 USD Gross (Depend on skill and experience)
■Working time: Thứ 2- Thứ 6: 9h00- 18h00
