Work closely with our team of Product Managers, Developers and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into detailed product plans and oversee the entire software development process.
Enhance a strong culture of software engineering best practices by continuously improving processes and tools to ensure product & engineering deliverables are delivered at a consistently high standard.
Act as a thoughtful people manager.
Regularly participate in design and code reviews and provide feedback to individuals and teams in order to continuously improve the quality of our products and technology.
Stay up to date with the latest relevant technologies and form an informed opinion on the advantages of varying technical approaches.
JOB REQUIREMENTImpressive problem- solving, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a metrics- based, fast- paced, and dynamic team environment.
Experience managing a team of 20+ engineers & experience working with distributed development teams.
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Having full- stack experience would be better, otherwise proficiency in either the front- end or back- end is required. If front- end, experience with VueJs or ReactJs is needed. If back- end, experience in developing microservices and building distributed systems using Spring Boot is required.
At least 3 years working in a similar position. Previous Product- focused Startup experience
Ability to work both as a team leader and as an individual contributor, including occasionally writing and reviewing code.
For customer requirements, the ability to write high- level designs and detailed designs for corresponding features is needed, while also having the hands- on capability to write code.
Experience in building SaaS products on the cloud is required, especially experience with B2B products.
Experience delivering large- scale mobile and/or cloud apps Extra Bonus
Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
Strong technical knowledge of large- scale software development, design, and architecture
