• Troubleshooting technological issues and solves the problem quickly to ensure the business operations run smoothly.
• Manage all the IT assets, and compliance with the IT policies.
• Monitor and update the latest version to ensure the availability of system.
• Ensure data security, network stable and redundancy system.
• Manage all recording logs in system to reduce the risk or interrupt the operations and data- transactions.
• Do other ad- hoc assignments from direct supervisor.
• Cooperation with IT Department of companies headquarter.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Ability to Zabbix and read the system logs for solving the problems
• Ability to work under high pressure and intensive deadlines.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to support the implementing of business infrastructure solutions such as: firewall, networking, server and redundancy.
• Having the certificate in CCNA- 200 is an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple and concurrent tasks.
• Support to manage the Server, HPLC, PLC in automatic production, packaging area.
• Engineer or bachelor&039;s in information technology, Electronic and Telecommunications, Management Information System field.
• At least 2 years&039; experience as IT Infrastructure in FMCG, F&B or Pharmaceutical
• Experience with configuration the internal network of virtualization system: VMWARE, CITRIX and HYPER- V
• Good knowledges in management and monitoring the network devices and servers in enterprise.
• Experience with configuration and monitoring the 2nd and 3rd layer network switch and the industrial Wi- Fi System.
• Good communication of English skills.
• CompTIA Network+, VMWare 7.0 other equivalent certificates
