JOB DESCRIPTION
Support Scrum Activities:
Help in the preparation and maintenance of Scrum artifacts such as product backlog, sprint backlog, and burndown charts.
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and facilitation of daily stand- ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Facilitation:
Encourage team communication and collaboration to improve productivity and deliverables.
Support the Scrum Master in removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment for the team.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of the team&039;s progress and report to the Scrum Master and stakeholders as required.
Assist in documenting meeting minutes, action items, and follow- up tasks.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in team retrospectives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Help identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing changes.
5. Team Support:
Provide administrative support to the Scrum Master and team as needed.
Act as a point of contact for team members regarding agile processes and tools.
6. Learning and Development:
Continuously improve knowledge of agile methodologies and practices.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is an advantage.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Previous experience in a support or administrative role is a plus.
1+ years of work experience as a Srum Master.
Excellent organizational and time- management skills.
Basic understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Certification Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus.
